Mechanical Galaxy

Signal AR is an augmented reality experience that requires downloading the Signal festival mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. The installations were created during the 9th Signal Festival in 2021 in response to the pandemic. It is a long-standing Signal project and is still on display during this year’s 10th edition. It is also the way to stay connected with you all year round.

Selected locations will offer the possibility to view the art installations through your mobile device. We recommend visiting the sites during daylight hours, between 8:00 – 19:00, depending on the season.

Artist started more than twenty years ago as one of the first domestic writers on the streets of Prague. He expressed himself through graffiti and then 3D graffiti sculptures, which he placed around the Czech capital and other cities. Now he is returning to public space. Galaxy? is a work exploring the possibilities of street art in a new medium that is not limited by the protection of other people’s property or the earth’s gravity. The sculpture in augmented reality is the next stage of the invasion of the author’s creativity into the old familiar streets of Prague.
